Getting Started

When you first download 3D Tracker Pro there are a few things you need to do before jumping into the Scoreboard.

  1. Tap on the Roster tab at the bottom of the screen.  The Roster is where you enter yourself and others you shoot with.  Tap the + button to add an archer to the system.  Once entered they will show up in the Roster screen  and you can edit them at any time by just tapping on them.  Swipe an archers name to the left to delete them.
  2. Tap on the Classes tab at the bottom of the screen.  The Classes is where you can enter what classes you shoot in and the classes of those you shoot with. Both the Roster and Classes can be changed at any time and once entered you can use them in different rounds and only have to come back to these sections if you need to add a new archer or class.
  3. Tap on the Rounds tab at the bottom of the screen.   Tap the + button to add a new Round/Tournament.   You can add either a Quick Session or a Tournament/League entry:Quick Session – Use this option for a practice session or for a single day round.
Tournament/League – Use this option when you want to group Rounds together that occurs over multiple days.Fill out the dialog for the option you chose, if you picked Tournament/League you get one screen asking you for the Tournament/League information and type and once filled out you tap the Create button and you will see a second screen asking for the details of the first Round for that Tournament/League.  Fill out the second screen and tap Save.
  4. Now you will see the Entry you just made show up on the My Rounds screen but if you notice the people icon on the right of the new round entry it will bubble next to it that a 0 in it.  This indicates that you have a Round entry but that no archers have been assigned to it.  You have to have at least 1 archer assigned to a Round before you can get into the Scoring Screen.  Tapping anywhere on Round item will open the Assign Archer & Order screenAssign Archers to the Round:  Near the bottom of the screen you will see the Available Archers list from the Roster you created above.  Tapping on the checkbox next to an archers name will move that archer up into the Round and expand the entry where you can select the Class that person is shooting in  for this Round.  You can indicate how many mulligans they have if any and if they are using a Rangefinder (Known).  Add as many archers to the Round as you want.  You can tap on the name  to expand/collapse them once they are added to the Round.  You can also manually move them up and down to establish the starting shooting order or you can tap the crossed tools icon to have the system randomly order the assigned archers into a shooting order (the system will switch this order from target to target as you advance through the range).  Once done assigning archer tap the Done button to return to the My Rounds screen.
  5. Now that you have archers assigned you should see a number in the bubble next to people icon in the list.  You can tap this icon to go back and assign other archers or remove archers from the group.   Tapping the Round name area of the card will now open the Scorecard screen where you can start scoring for each person in the group.
