By downloading or using the 3D Tracker Pro mobile application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

3D Tracker Pro is a tool developed by Idaho Archery to help archers track scores and performance. The service is provided “as is.”

2. Subscriptions and Payments

3D Tracker Pro offers a “Pro” subscription that unlocks additional features.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.

  • Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled directly by the respective App Store (Apple or Google) and are subject to their refund policies.

3. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data (scores, photos, notes) you enter into the app. Because this data is stored locally on your device, Idaho Archery is not responsible for data loss due to app deletion, hardware failure, or lack of device backups.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the application.

  • Use the app for any illegal purposes.

  • Share your “Pro” status through unauthorized methods.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and branding (including the “3D Tracker Pro” name and icons) are the exclusive property of Idaho Archery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idaho Archery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
